This policy defines how contractors must record time worked for the Company.

Purpose

Time tracking exists to support accurate payment, delivery planning, workload visibility, and compliance with the Independent Contractor Agreement.

Scope

This policy applies to all hours worked on Company assignments, including delivery work, meetings, approved internal work, and approved overtime.

Recording Rules

Every contractor must log all worked hours in the system assigned by the Company.

Daily Lock

The time-tracking system locks each day after that day has ended. Contractors must therefore complete their entries before the end of each working day.

Once a day has locked, the contractor cannot adjust that day’s time through the normal process. Any correction after lock requires the Company’s approval and follow-up through the designated adjustment process.
